Our Deepest Condolences on the Passing of Pope Francis

Pope Francis passed away on April 21.

He was a Jesuit before He was elected Pope, and visited Sophia University in 2019.
The Pope was very special for the University.

We would like to give thanks to Pope Francis for his lifelong dedication of consecration and love.

In front of the Catholic Jesuit Center on the first floor of Buil

ding 2, along with a photo of the Pope during his visit to Japan
and the chair he used for Mass, a space has been set up, where you can write your message.
We have also placed a picture of the Pope inside the chapel of the Catholic Jesuit Center.
